Service is the use of any of CELLIPI products by any user of the CELLIPI products
Your sole right for the payment you make in return for the Services given to you by way of any CELLIPI product is purely limited to the use of the product to get the answer to the clinical question you pose to the system. Your responsibility is to restrict your use of the service for this right the CELLIPI grants to you for the payment you make to the CELLIPI. The use of all CELLIPI products are limited to getting an answer to the user questions posed by the user. User questions are produced in terms of the required knowledge to produce the correct answers by the systems itself. You agree not to hold CELLIPI accountable for actions, behaviors and conduct resultant from the use of the CELLIPI services. While we guarantee the accuracy of the algorithm underlying the service offered through each CELLIPI product we retain the right to reject any claim of inaccuracy, fault resultant from the use of the CELLIPI product. We also retain the right to reject any claim of physical or mental damage after using a CELLIPI product. The users should not engage in the development of new works built upon the package (derivative works).

It is strictly prohibited to intercept the messages to and from the user and the server and also to retrieve the server contents of the program by any means. CELLIPI has the right to terminate and or to prevent any user using the products the
company produces

Intellectual property: You agree that all the content in the CELLIPI products is protected by Intellectual Property and other laws including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for the use of the services for personal use in compliance with this agreement. No portion of the services may be reproduced in any form or by any means except as expressly permitted by this agreement. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, rent, loan, sell or distribute the services or content in any manner and you shall not exploit the Services in any manner not expressly authorized.

CELLIPI may terminate access to the products it sell at its sole discretion CELLIPI may modifiy or nullify all or some or any of its terms and conditions The terms of Service is an agreement you must accept in order to use the CELLIPI products Any dispute or claim relating to the use of CELLIPI products will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. Users may opt-out of the arbitration within a 30-day period from the date of starting of the claim. The governing law for all legal matters related CELLIPI services will be the rule of law of Sri Lanka.

CELLIPI retains the right to modify the terms and conditions mentioned in this document as it deems fit for the prevailing circumstances WE VALUE YOUR RIGHT FOR PRIVACY, CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY AS MUCH AS WE VALUE OUR RIGHTS. THEREFORE WE WILL NOT SELL ANY INFORMATION WE RECORD DURING THE TRANSACTIONS YOU HAVE WHEN USING CELLIPI PRODUCTS. WE WILL KEEP YOUR DATA ONLY FOR A PERIOD OF 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF YOUR RANSACTIONS AND THEN WILL BE DELETED FOREVER FROM OUR SERVERS. THE DATA WE RETAIN IS DATA YOU PROVIDE US DURING THE TRANSACTION YOU MAKE WITH THE CELLIPI PRODUCT. WE DO NOT COLLECT ANY OTHER DATA REGARDING YOU BY ANY MEANS FOR OUR PURPOSES. WE ALSO HAVE TAKEN INDUSTRY SRTANDARD SECURITY, PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY MEASURES IN THE DEPLOYMENT OF CELLIPI PRODUCTS.

WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our Service is provided “as is”, and we cannot guarantee it will be safe nor secure nor will work perfectly all the time. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE ALSO DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We also do not control what people and others do or say and we are not responsible for their or your actions or conduct (whether online or offline) or content ( including unlawful or objectionable content). We also are not responsible for services and features offered by other people or companies even if you access them through our Service.
